Terms of Sale
All Paradiso ticket sales are final, no refunds. However, ticketholders may transfer their ticket to another person.
All vendors present at Paradiso have their own individual terms of sale, any dispute over their terms of sale should be resolved between the buyer and the vendor, and not Paradiso or Paradiso staff.
Remote Sales Shop (The Elsewhere Emporium) Terms of Sale
All purchases from our remote sales booth are final, no refunds, returns or exchanges. There will be a private changing area available for guests to try on items to ensure proper fit and style before purchase.

Code of Conduct
The comfort and safety of our attendees and guests at Paradiso are our top priority. We generally operate on a two-strike policy, but we reserve the right to remove or ban any attendee that makes anyone else feel unwelcome or unsafe.
- On the first instance of any uncouth, insulting, or unsafe behavior, that person will receive a warning.
- Any instance after that, the individual will be removed from the event and banned from any further Paradiso events.
- Illegal activity will result in an instant removal and ban – no warnings, and the proper authorities will be notified.
- Any tickets purchased from Paradiso by the offender will NOT be refunded after removal and/or ban.
13+ Age Limit
Only individuals aged 13 and older will be admitted into the event, no exceptions. Ticket holders found to be underage will not receive a refund.
VIP Ticket Holders Must be 21+
Only individuals aged 21 and older are eligible to purchase a VIP or Golden Ticket, no exceptions. VIP ticket holders found to be under this age limit will not receive a refund.
Liability
Paradiso assumes no liability for any accidents, injuries or damage of personal property that attendees, guests, vendors, staff or models may incur from their own negligence, clumsiness, bad luck or tomfoolery.
COVID-19 Mandates
We take the health and safety of our attendees, guests, designers, vendors, and staff very seriously. For our 2022 event, we will be implementing both a mask mandate and a vaccine requirement.
Mask Mandate
All persons present at any Paradiso events must wear a face mask that completely covers the nose and mouth. This covering can be removed only when actively eating or drinking, or if the covering impedes a function relating to event programming– like the application of makeup backstage prior to our fashion show, etc.
During the Day One Fashion Show, masks are optional for models only while actively onstage– as the size of the stage is sufficient to maintain a safe social distance.
This is also true for participants of the Day Two Midwest Ouji-sama Pageant– masks are optional for pageant performers while participating in the event.
Hard plastic face coverings or face shields alone are not sufficient unless also accompanied with a fabric mask.
Any attendee, guest, model, vendor, or anyone else present at a Paradiso event found not in compliance with our Mask Mandate will be expelled from the event and will not receive a refund.
Vaccine Requirement
Only those who are fully vaccinated from COVID-19 will be allowed to attend any Paradiso event for 2022. Partially vaccinated, unvaccinated, and those who cannot prove their vaccination status will not be allowed into our event and will not receive a refund.
In order to help check-in run smoothly the day of the event, we would ask that you email a scan of your vaccination card to paradiso.attendees@gmail.com. To make sure we can match this record to your ticket, please include:
- Your Name
- Your Ticket Type & Quantity
- The Email associated with your ticket order
If you are unable or uncomfortable with sending this information ahead of time, please bring your vaccination card with you at check in. Photos or photocopies of your vaccination card will not be accepted during in-person check in the day of the event– you must present your actual vaccination card at check in.
We are not requiring documentation of any additional vaccine boosters at this time.
If you have a medical condition that prevents you from becoming fully vaccinated, prior to the event date, you must provide us a note from your Doctor affirming that this is the case. Please email your Doctor’s note to paradiso.attendees@gmail.com. Making sure as many attendees as possible are vaccinated is vital to protect those who are more vulnerable to COVID-19.
Your Privacy
Any medical records or information disclosed to Paradiso staff will be kept confidential, and will not be shared or distributed to any outside entities or persons.
If you have any questions or concerns about our terms, please get in touch on our contact page or social media and we will be happy to answer. Thank you!
